摘要
基于对PS粉末的粒度分析和对PS粉末、石膏粉末的热重分析,进行了激光选区烧结PS粉末制作气缸盖模样、模样浸涂低温蜡、组装浇注系统模簇、石膏型熔模成形工艺造型、焙烧,在负压条件下浇注ZL101A铝合金气缸盖,随后对铸件进行了T6热处理和检测分析。结果发现,ZL101A气缸盖的表面粗糙度(Sa)为11.894μm,硬度(HBW)为85.8,抗拉强度为142MPa,伸长率为5.5%;T6热处理后,ZL101A气缸盖的硬度(HBW)增加到106,抗拉强度增加到218MPa,而伸长率降低到1.2%。
Based on analysis of PS powder particle size and PS powder&blaster powder thermogravimetric,through selective laser sintering PS powder to make pattern for cylinder head,lower-temperature wax coating pattern and gating system assembly cluster as well as plaster investment casting molding-baking,ZL101 Acylinder head was produced successfully under negative pressure conditions.And then the cylinder head was treated by T6 heat treatment and measured.The results reveal that the surface roughness,the ultimate tensile strength and elongation reach 11.894μm,142 MPa and 5.5%,respectively.After T6 heat treatment,the mechanics properties of ZL101 Acylinder head are 106 HBW in hardness,218 MPa in tensile strength,1.2%in elongation,respectively.
