基于增材制造工艺的V法成形机械臂三轴座

Vacuum Process Casting Robotic Arm Housing Based on Additive Manufacturing Technology

摘要 通过FDM(熔融沉积成型)工艺打印了铝合金机械臂三轴座造型外模模具,通过三维快速印刷成型(3DP)工艺打印了机械臂三轴座铸型砂芯。分析了造型外模模具的尺寸精度与表面粗糙度、砂芯的强度等工艺参数。将造型外模模具与砂芯用于V法铝合金浇注试验。结果表明,机械臂三轴座造型外模模具线收缩率为0.301%,体积收缩率为1.121%,铸型砂芯放置24h后的抗压强度为1.424MPa,机械臂三轴座铸件线收缩率为0.342%,体积收缩率为1.253%,表面粗糙度为Ra=3.314μm,满足铸件品质要求。 Aluminum alloy robotic arm housing mold was printed by FDM(fused deposition molding)process,and the robotic arm housing sand core was printed by 3 DP(three-dimensional rapid printing molding)process.The process parameters such as dimensional accuracy,surface roughness and strength of the core were analyzed.The mold and sand core were used for the vacuum-process modeling aluminum alloy casting experiment.The results indicate that the linear shrinkage and volume shrinkage of robotic arm housing mold reach 0.301%,1.121%,respectively,and the final compressive strength of sand core for 24 his 1.424 MPa,and the linear shrinkage and volume shrinkage as well as the surface roughness of the robotic arm housings reach 0.342%,1.253%and 3.314μm,respectively,meeting the casting quality requirements.
