摘要
研究了挤压铸造和热处理对WE43镁合金显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压铸造使合金的晶粒细化,粗大的网状Mg-Y-Nd相细化,合金的性能得到提高,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为181 MPa、152 MPa和7.62%。随着时效时间增加,粒状的Mg24Y5相沿晶界弥散分布,时效14h时,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度达到峰值,分别为297MPa和280MPa。225℃时效16h时,晶界上析出粗大的Mg-Y-Nd相,合金的性能下降。
The effects of squeeze casting and heat treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of the WE43 magnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that squeeze casting can refine the grain size in the alloy and the coarse Mg-Y-Nd phases,improving the properties of the alloy,where the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation reach 181 MPa,152 MPa and 7.62%,respectively.With the increase of aging time,the granular Mg24Y5 phases are dispersedly distributed along grain boundaries.The tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy reach 297 MPa and 280 MPa,respectively,at 14 h.After aging treatment for 16 h,coarse Mg-Y-Nd phase is precipitated at grain boundaries,and the properties of the alloy is decreased.
