冷热循环处理对电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Thermal-cold Cycling Treatment on Microstructures and Properties of Electromagnetic Stirred AZ91 Magnesium Alloy

摘要 研究了冷热循环处理对电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。对电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金在固溶处理后进行不同时间的深冷处理,再进行相同的时效处理。结果表明,对固溶处理后的电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金进行深冷处理其抗拉强度、伸长率得到提高,晶粒细化,有第二相粒子析出。深冷处理24h后,合金的抗拉强度为214MPa,伸长率为8.95%。合金在深冷处理后,进行1h时效处理,合金的抗拉强度显著提高,抗拉强度为242MPa。 The effects of thermal-cold cycling treatment on microstructures and properties of electromagnetic stirred AZ91 magnesium alloy were analyzed.The electromagnetic stirred AZ91 magnesium alloy was subjected to deep cryogenic treatment at different time after solution treatment,and the same aging treatment was performed.The results reveal that after the deep cryogenic treatment,the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are improved,and the grain is refined compared with those of the solution samples.In addition,the precipitation of the second phase particles occurs in the cryogenic process.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 214 MPa,8.95%,respectively,after the cryogenic treatment for 24 h.The deep cryogenic treatment alloy was carried out the aging treatment for 1 h,where the tensile strength of the alloy is significantly improved to 242 MPa.
