发动机涡轮叶片熔模铸造型壳温度场测量研究

Shell Temperature Measurement for an Investment Casting Turbine Blade

摘要 为了测量某发动机镍基高温合金叶片熔模铸造过程中型壳的温度场,设计了测温试验方案,制备了测温型壳和测温线组并进行了测温试验。试验在真空、密闭和高温等条件下完成,获得了模组升温和保温过程中的温度场变化曲线。结果表明,所设计的测温方案是可行的,该方法可应用于类似环境下的温度测量。 In order to measure the shell temperature of a investment casting nickel-based alloy blade,a temperature measurement was designed and performed.The test was completed under vacuum and high temperature production conditions.The temperature variations during heating and holding processes were recorded.The measured temperature can be used to choose the numerical simulation parameters as well as the flow references for the nickel-based alloys turbine blade castings.The results show that the experimental design is feasible,and it can be extended to a similar condition.
