摘要
某民用航空发动机低压涡轮工作叶片精铸件为超薄细长结构,与以往产品有较大变化,在叶片成形、尺寸控制等方面存在较大工艺难度。以该产品为研究对象,通过对精铸叶片的缺陷种类、数量进行统计分析,开展了叶片浇注系统的改进,通过浇注过程模拟,成形浇道的设计和应用,优化了叶片的浇注系统,提高了叶片的冶金质量,为同类型新产品的研制提供参考。
The low pressure turbine blade is the structure with slender body,which is difficult in forming and size controlling.With the study of the investment casting process,we collect and analysis the types and quantity of defects.With the research of simulation of pouring process,we improved the gating system.Also,we accumulated a geat of experience which can rovide assistant for the development of similar products.
