血液平衡疗法治疗脑梗死53例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cerebral Infarction Treated by the Blood-balanced Therapy:Report of 53 Cases

目的 :观察血液平衡疗法对各种脑梗死的影响。方法 :采用血稀生物疗法、低能量He -Ne激光血管内照射和消栓灵粉针静脉输注 ,于治疗前后分别测定病人血液流变学和观察病人肢体肌力的变化。结果 :治疗组病人血液流变学均较治疗前明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组仅部分指标比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组肢体肌力恢复总有效率为 94.3 4% ,对照组为 83 .67% ,两组相比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :血液平衡疗法有显著改善病人血液流变学和脑血管微循环的作用 ,有明显促进肢体肌力恢复的作用。

Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of the blood-balanced therapy to cerebral infarction.Methods:53 cases of the treatment group were treated by the blood-diluted biological therapy (BDBT),intravascular laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) and intravenous XiaoShuanLing powder drips. At the beginning and end of therapy, it must be needed to determine blood fluid mechanics and observed the extremities , muscle force of the patients.Results:This therapy could evidently better (P<0.05). The total ratio of efficiency to raise extremities , muscle force, the treatment group were 94.34% and the contrast group were 83.67% (P<0.05). A apparent difference were made between the treatment group and the contrast group.Conclusion:The blood-balanced therapy could better patients , blood fluid mechanics and increased cerebral blood circulation. Therefor, it made it possible to promote extremities , muscle force recovery.
