摘要
通过压电陶瓷的逆压电效应对压电陶瓷双晶片在自动生产送料线上的应用研究 ,得出在二元系 Pb(Ni1/3Nb2 /3) O3- Pb Ti O3- Pb Zr O3的基础上作调整制作的压电双晶片。经运用在振动料斗上 ,作调频调幅控制。达到了压电双晶片振子结构 ,振子谐振频率为30 0 Hz,当外加电压达 30 0 V时 ,振子偏转位移量大于 1.7m m,故可作为一种理想的振动源。
The authors has done some research on the application of the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectricity ceramic duplex cystal to the automation production conveyer line and presented a novel approach to make piezoelectricity potter duplex crystal with binary system Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O_3-PbTiO_3-PbZrO_3.Subsequently,the vibration hopper was used to control the frequency modulation and amplitude modulation,and the duplex crystal vibrator structure was recognized.The result showed that the resonance frequency can reach 300 Hz when input voltage is 300 V and the deflection amplitude is larger than 1.7 mm,indicating that it is a desirable vibration source.
