摘要
目的 了解中小学教师人际关系自我评价与心理健康状况之间的关系。方法 抽取小学、初中、高中各一所学校的任课教师 ,共计 187名 ,利用SCL - 90量表进行心理健康状况调查。结果 具有心理卫生问题的教师检出率为 8.6 %,15 .5 1%的教师人际关系自我评价不满意 ;人际关系自我评价不满意组的教师SCL - 90各因子分均值均高于人际关系自我评价满意组 ,差异具有高度显著性 ;人际关系满意度与SCL - 90各因子相关系数具有高度显著性 ;人际关系自我评价不满意的教师容易出现强迫、抑郁、偏执、人际关系敏感、躯体化、敌对等心理卫生问题。结论 人际关系不良易导致教师出现心理卫生问题 ,对教师进行心理健康维护时应注重人际沟通技巧的培养。
Objective To investigate the relationship between interpersonal relationship and mental health of school teachers.Methods Random cluster sampling was employed,and 187 teachers were surveyed with SCL-90 about their interpersonal relationship in an elementary school, a junior middle school and a senior middle school. Results The occurrent rate of mental problems was 8.6%.15.51% of the teachers were dissatisfied with their interpersonal relationship.The average SCL-90 factors with these teachers were all higher than Those will the other teachers.The difference between these two groups was significant. The correlative coefficient between the degrees of satisfaction with interpersonal relationship and SCL-90 factors was also significant. The teachers dissatisfied with their interpersonal relationship teachers more readily suffered mental problems such as coercion and depression.Conclusion The bad interpersonal relationship with teachers easily leads to mental problems. While effors are made to inprove the teacher's mental health, cultivation of skills in interpersonal communication deserver sufficient attention.
