摘要
对年轻运动员常见心理障碍以及如何利用日常训练来培养他们良好的心理素质进行探讨 ,并认为青春发育期是培养运动员心理素质的最重要时期。
Based on common psychological barriers, this article is trying to research and discuss on how to bring up the young athletes to be in fine psychological state by daily training measures, considering that adolescence is of great importance in cultivating their qualifications.
