Objectives To explore the suitable depth of ductus insertion during nasal oxygen breath. Method the Oxygen saturation of blood at different depth of ductus insertion ( 1.5 cm, 2 cm, 3cm and 5 cm ) before and after nasal oxygen breath was analyzed and compared with control group. Result The is no significant difference in oxygen saturation of blood between experiment and control group ( P >0.10). Conclusion The suitable depth for nasal ductus insertion is 2 cm during nasal oxygen breath.
