舍格伦综合征患者唾液腺中CD_(44H)、CD_(54)的表达及意义

Expression of CD_(44H)、CD_(54) in salivary glands of patients with Sjgren's Syndrome

目的 研究淋巴细胞共同分化抗原 (lymphocytecommonantigen - 4 4H ,CD44H)及细胞间粘附分子 - 1(intercellularadhesionmolecules- 1,CD54)在舍格伦综合征 (Sj gren’sSyndrome ,SS)患者唇腺组织中的表达 ,以探讨CD44H、CD54在SS炎性病变中的作用。方法 通过HE染色观察淋巴细胞的浸润 ,采用免疫组织化学法检测CD4 4H、CD5 4在患者唇腺组织上的表达 ,运用图像分析技术对结果进行定量分析。结果 CD44H、CD54均呈阳性表达于病变唇腺组织 ,在淋巴细胞、腺泡上皮细胞、导管上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞上其表达的数量及强度依次递减。结论 CD44H、CD54参与了SS的发病过程。

Objective To investigate the relationship of over-infiltration of lymphocytes in labial glands of Sjgren's Syndrome(SS) and the role of CD 44H 、CD 54 expressions.Methods The infiltration of lymphocytes with HE stain and the expressions of CD 44H 、CD 54 with immunohistochemical stain were observed.Then the results quantitatively were analysed with image analysis system.Results The quantity and intensity of expressions were decreased progressively in lymphocytes,acinar cells,ductal cells and the epithelial cells of blood vessels.Conclusion CD 44H 、CD 54 may play an important role in the pathological process of SS.
