摘要 目的 观察咀嚼口香糖后唾液流率和 pH值的变化规律。 方法  30名志愿者 ,平均年龄 2 3.9岁。分别检测咀嚼口香糖前后不同时间段混合唾液流率和 pH值。 结果 咀嚼口香糖 2 0分钟内 ,唾液流率显著增加 ,唾液 pH值明显升高。 结论 咀嚼无糖口香糖有助于预防和治疗龋齿 ,有助于缓解口干症状。 Objective To observe the change of salivary flow rate and pH after chewing gum.Methods Salivary flow rate and pH were measured before and after chewing gum in 30 volunteers.Results Salivary flow rate and pH were increased significantly during the 20 minutes of chewing gum.Conclusion Chewing gum without sugar would help for preventing and treating caries and for relieving the symptom of dry mouth.
