摘要
目的 :研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对辐射诱导的血管内皮细胞凋亡的作用。方法 :以6 0 Coγ射线照射法建立猪主动脉内皮细胞株PAE(porcineaorticendothelialcells)和原代培养的人脐带静脉内皮细胞 (humanum bilicalveinendothelialcells ,HUVEC)的凋亡模型。以流式细胞术 [膜联蛋白 (annexin)_V_FITC +PI标记 ]评价细胞凋亡率 ,观察不同浓度的bFGF对细胞凋亡的影响。结果和结论 :bFGF对辐射诱导的血管内皮细胞凋亡有明显的抑制作用。
Objective:To study the effect of bFGF on radiation_induced apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells.Methods:A cell line PAE (porcine aortic endothelial cells) and primary cultured HUVEC (human umbilical vein endothelial cells) were irradiated with 60 Co γ_rays to establish cell apoptosis models. Flow cytometry with annexin_V_FITC + PI labeling was used to evaluate cell apoptosis. Different amounts of bFGF were used to study their effects on radiation_induced endothelial cell apoptosis.Results and Conclusions:It is found that bFGF could inhibit radiation_induced endothelial cell apoptosis in a considerable degree.
