摘要
目的 :研究防化医学信息源特点及结构 ,整合散在分布的防化医学信息 ,构建事实型数据库模型。方法 :系统研究信息组织与整理的方法学 ,探索信息整合及事实型数据库构建的流程。以芥子气为例 ,利用知识聚类法收集信息 ,并分析其特征 ;采用情报调研和专家调查法 ,完成事实性的分类、优化、纵向及横向知识的组织和序化 ;采用TRS系统构建事实型数据库模型。结果 :该模型具备对化学武器损伤医学防护领域 2 1个大类、15 4个子类的事实性信息 ,可实现库操作、维护和检索等功能。结论 :散在信息经过上述组织和整合 ,数据库建成后能够基本满足用户对防化医学事实性信息的检索需求。
Objective:To integrate the separated information of chemical defense medicine by investigating the characteristics and the structure of the information resources for constructing the model of the factual databases.Methods:The methodology for information organization and processing was systematically studied, the flow process of information integration and the construction of the factual databases were investigated.Taking mustard gas as an example, the information was collected using knowledge agglomeration,and its characteristics were analyzed as well.The collected data were classified,optimized,longitudinally organized and processed in cross_sectional order by using information investigation and experts assessment. TRS3.0 was selected as the factual databases platform.Results: The model provides with all possible functions of the database in searching records with 21 categories and 154 subcategories about the medical protection against chemical weapons.Conclusions:The information organization, integration and the model construction can satisfy the user retrieval requirements for factual information.
