Significance of the knowledge discovery by Swanson in science studies:based on the preliminary study of the interaction between the potential pathogens( Coronavirus and the Chlamydia ) of SARS

目的 :应用知识发现法研究SARS可能相关病原体间的作用关系。方法 :应用Arrowsmith系统检索非相关文献策略。结果与结论 :通过对冠状病毒和衣原体间非相关文献检索 ,可推断出一些有参考价值的结论。

Objective: To study the interaction way of the potential SARS pathogens.Methods:The knowledge mining from the Arrowsmith software system by Swanson was used.Results and Conclusion:Many meaningful factors between the Coronavirus and the Chlamydia have been retrieved by this way and they have been corroborated to be related to the SARS through the performed experiments.
