摘要
目的 :为高功率微波辐射致伤效应及其机制的研究提供可靠技术保障。方法 :设计并制作垂直辐照天线和辐照平台 ,并建立测试系统。结果 :微波源性能稳定 ,并具有垂直和水平线双向辐射及功率密度可调的功能 ,测试结果客观、科学和准确。结论 :所改建高功率微波源可适合不同功率密度、不同动物乃至离体细胞的生物学效应研究。
Objective:To provide reliable technical guarantee for study on injury effect and its mechanism of high power microwave irradiation.Methods:Vertical irradiation antenna and irradiation platform were devised and manufactured,and test system was also established.Results:The high power microwave equipment had stable performance, vertical and horizontal bi_directional irradiation,and adjustable power density.The test result was objective, scientific and accurate.Conclusions:The high power microwave equipment reconstructed may be suited for study on biological effect of different power density, animal and in vivo cell irradiated by high power microwave. [
