摘要
目的 :了解我院降糖药的药物利用情况。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法 ,查阅我院2002年6月份2周门诊处方共5643张 ,对其中所应用的降糖药的药物利用度、联合用药情况及其应用的合理性进行统计与分析。结果 :应用降糖药的处方125张 ,占调查处方的2 2 % ,反映了我院门诊人群糖尿病的患病率 ;所用药物为第1、第2代磺脲类、双胍类及诺和龙、文迪雅、胰岛素等 ;其中应用胰岛素的处方约占降糖药处方的12 % ;美吡达的药物利用指数 (DUI)>1 ,其余药物DUI<1。结论 :降糖药应用基本合理 ,胰岛素的应用比例偏小 。
OBJECTIVE:To gain an idea of hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital.METHODS:In a retrospective study,5 643 prescriptions written out in our hospital in 2 week period in June,2002 were sampled,in which,the data was analysed concerning rate of use,combined use and rationality of use of hypoglycemic agents.RESULTS:Hypoglycemic agents were written out in 125 prescriptions,which accounted for 2.2% of all prescriptions investigated.The data reflected the incidence of diabetes in OPD of our hospital.Most drugs used were first-generation and second-generation sulfaurea drugs?biguanides?Novonorm?Avandia and insulin,of which,insulin accounted for 12% in 125 prescriptions.The DUI of Minidiab was>1 and other agents<1.CONCLUSION:The use of hypoglycemic agents is rational on the whole,but the use of insulin seems to be on the low side.The use of oral hypoglycemic agents is related to the characteristics of these agents.
