摘要 目的:建立精确、接近生理的髋关节周围肌肉三维生物力学模型。方法:以股骨头、髋臼的中心为原点建立股骨及骨盆的右手正交坐标系,将髋关节周围起于骨盆的肌肉的股骨、骨盆附着点的三维坐标位置进行了测量定位。结果:测得了髋关节周围起于骨盆的22块肌肉的股骨、骨盆附着点的三维坐标位置。结论:本模型全面描述了髋关节周围肌肉的三维特征,提高了其反映关节生物力学环境的准确性。 Objective: To establish a more accurate and physiological biomechanical model of the muscles related to the hip joint. Methods: By reference to the right-handed coordinate system, the three-dimensional positions of the femoral and pelvic attachment of the muscles related to the hip joint were all measured. Results: The three-dimensional positions of all 22 muscles around the hip joint were obtained. Conclusion: The biomechanical model established in this study describes accurately the three-dimensional character of muscles around the hip joint and reflect the biomechanical environment of the hip joint more physiologically.
