摘要
目的:介绍经皮椎间盘切吸术治疗椎间盘突出症的方法和疗效。方法:分析83例椎间盘突出症经国产经皮椎间盘切除器(APLD)治疗后疗效与椎间盘切吸量、病程长短及与后纵韧带弹性之间的关系。结果:总有效率达95％,疗效与适应证的选择,椎间盘的切吸量与后纵韧带的关系,切吸量大于2g,后纵韧带弹性好、优良率高,而与病程长短无明显关系。结论:经皮椎间盘切吸术损伤、风险小,选择合适的患者,切除适当椎间盘组织量,会取得满意效果。
Objective: To introduce the methods and the therapeutic effect of auto percutaneous lumbar discectomy. Methods: 83 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with APLD and observations were made on the related factors affecting the therapeutic effects. Results: The therapeutic effect rate was 95%. The therapeutic effect was in close association with the selection of the right indication. The properly excised amount of disc material should be above 2 grams; the course of the illness did not affect the final results. Conclusion: The auto percutaneous lumbar discectomy might have the advantages of less trauma, early recovery and excellent effect.
