摘要
本文研究了在稀硫酸介质中并有亚铁氰化钾存在时,锌与亚甲蓝所形成的配合物的双波长分光光度法。经摩尔比法测定,此配合物组成比为1∶2(锌∶亚甲蓝),摩尔吸光系数为1.01L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。桑德尔灵敏度为6.45×10^(-4)μg/cm^2。在25ml容积中,0—10μgZn遵守比尔定律,配合物可稳定2小时。无需加热或萃取,已用于人发和水样中痕量锌的测定。
A double—wavelength, spectrophotometric study of the zinc-methylene blue complex in the aqueous solution of dilute H+2SO_4 in the presence of K_4Fe (CN)_6 is reported, Methyleneblue reacts instantaneously with zine to form 1: 2 (zinc: reagent) complex. The apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity are found to be 1.01x10_5 L.mol^(-1)cm^(-1) and 6.45x10^(-4)/μg/cm^2, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed for 0—10μg. The complex is stable for 2 hours.It is not necessary to heat or extraction in this method. It has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of zinc in human and water.
