摘要
运用问卷调查法从促进学生学习的积极因素和影响学生专心学习的消极因素,以及不同性别、不同地域来源、不同年级的学生的择业倾向等角度,对体育教育专业学生的学习行为和择业倾向进行初步的调查研究。结果表明:(1)学生的学习动力主要源自:为了顺利就业和为以后的工作积累知识、完成学习任务、证明自己的实力等的现实观念和强者意识;(2)影响学生专心学习的原因主要集中在学习氛围、学风、个体文化基础差和所学课程与自己的兴趣不符等;(3)不同群体的择业倾向呈多样性且具有差异性;(4)随着年级的提高,学生选择当教师的热情不断增加,教师仍是学生选择的主要职业,择业逐渐趋于理性化和个性化。
Including positive factors,negative factors and different sexes,regions,grades of occupation tendency,this essay uses the method of questionnaire to make a primary research on the relationship of physical education majors learning motivations and occupation tendency. Results are:(1)Students learning motivations are mainly stem from their reality ideas,the sense of their learning assignment and their competence.(2)Learning atmosphere,style of study,lower education level and no interest in courses are the main reasons that affect their attention of learning.(3)Different groups have their diversity and difference in occupation tendency.(4)With the grade raise,students are eager to become a teacher;the job of teaching is their first choice.Taking up an occupation is becoming individual and reasonable.
