间歇训练法最早由德国心脏学专家赖因德尔所创造,它是使机体处于不完全恢复状态下反复进行练习的一种训练方法,主要从生理生化角度来分析不同运动项目采用间歇训练法的间歇时间和运动负荷。
The theory of Interval Training was first introuduced by a German expert,Leinderl.The training method favours repeated practice on the condition that the body isn't completely recovered.The paper chiefly analyzes and discusses the interval training and sports weight of different sports activities from physiology and biochemistry.
