自发性高血压大鼠与盐性高血压大鼠在心肌肥厚时ATP酶活性变化

摘要 目的 :探讨不同类型高血压在心肌肥厚过程中Na+-K+-ATPase活性的变化。方法 :用酶测定的定方法。测定自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR )和盐性高血压大鼠 (SD)的心肌Na+-K+-ATPase的活性。结果 :自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR )和盐性高血压大鼠的心肌Na+-K+-ATPase的活性明显降低。结论 :伴有心肌肥厚的高血压大鼠Na+-K+-ATPase的活性明显降低。 Objective: To study the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase o f rat with dif ferent hypertention.Methods: By the enzymologic measuring method we measured the activities of Na +-K +-ATPase of SHR and SD. Results: The act ivities of the Na +-K +-ATPase of SHR and SD decrease than those of wistar rats. Conclusion: The activ ities of Na +-K +-ATPase of hypertension rat significantly decrease ,when they have cardiac hypertrophy. [
