摘要
目的 观察动脉粥样硬化兔延髓嘴腹外侧网状核 (RVL)NPY免疫反应阳性神经元的形态学变化 ,为研究神经体液因素在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用提供形态学依据。方法 12只兔随机分为对照组和实验组 (胆固醇 7g/d)。用免疫组化和计算机图像分析方法研究了动脉粥样硬化兔RVL的NPY免疫反应阳性神经元的变化。结果 兔RVL的NPY免疫反应阳性神经元呈圆形或卵圆形。动脉粥样硬化兔RVL的NPY免疫反应阳性神经元平均体积和数目分别为 (2 10 4± 6 6 2 ) μm3 、(4 8 2± 8 3)个 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 RVL的NPY免疫反应阳性神经元的形态变化与动脉粥样硬化的形成有关。
Objective To provide some morphological basis for study the role of neuro somatoplasm factor which plays in the development of atherosclerosis by observation the changes of NPY immunoreactive neuron in the nucleus reticutaris rostroventrolateralis of atherosclerotic rabbit. Method The changes of NPY immunoreactive neuron in the nucleus reticutaris rostroventrolateralis of atherosclerotic rabbit was investigated using Immunohistochemistry and Imaging analysis. Result The NPY immunoreactive neuron in the RVL in rabbit was round or oval shape. The average volume and the number of the NPY immunoreactive neuron in the RVL of the atherosclerotic rabbit were 210 4±66 2 μm 3 and 48 2±8 3, there were significant difference experimental group compared with the control( P <0 05).Conclusion The morphological changes of the NPY immunoreactive neuron in the RVL of atherosclerotic rabbit, which might be correlated with the development of atherosclerosis.
