经鼻插管至胃贲门及幽门的长度与自体胸骨长度的回归分析

Regression analysis for the length of from nostril to cardia pylorus and sternum

目的 为临床经鼻插管的深度提供解剖学依据。方法 选 4 0例成人尸体 (男性 2 5例 ,女性 15例 )测量鼻孔至胃贲门的长度 (N CI)、鼻孔至胃幽门的长度 (N PY)及胸骨颈静脉切迹至剑胸结合处的长度 (J P) ,分别以N CI和N PY的长度为Y值 ,以J P的长度为X值 ,求回归方程。结果 N CI的长度为 (4 2 5 9± 2 11)cm ,N PY的长度为 (5 6 6 3± 2 89)cm ,J P的长度为 (14 0 2± 1 0 5 )cm。以N CI为Y值 ,J P为X值 ,回归方程为Y =- 4 2 4± 3 34X ;以N PY为Y值 ,以I P为X值 ,回归方程为Y =6 35± 3 6 6X。结论 在临床操作中可利用此方程根据患者胸骨颈静脉切迹至剑胸结合处的长度推算出患者鼻孔至胃贲门和胃幽门的距离 。

Objective To provide anatomic basis for clinical intervenient depth from nose.Methods The length from nostril to cardia(N CI),from nostril to pylorus(N PY)and from jugular notch to the joint of body of sternum and xiphoid process(J P)were measured on 40 adult cadaveric specimens(male 25, female 15).N CI and N PY were named Y,J P were named X,then to find the regression equation.Result The length of N CI was 56 63±2 89 cm,I P was 14 02±1 05cm.If N CI was Y,J P is X,regression equation was Y=-4 24±3 34X;If N PY was Y,J P was X,regression equation was Y=6 35±3 66X.Conclusion The distance from nostril to cardia and pylorus by the length from jugular notch to the joint of body of sternum and xiphoid process will be provide for clinic.
