三合汤加味治疗胆汁返流性胃炎105例

Sanhe Decoction with Additional Ingredients:Treatment of 105 Cases of Bile-regurgitational Gastritis

目的观察了该方药对胆汁返流性胃炎患者临床主要症状及胃镜下胆汁返流情况等的治疗作用。方法应用三合汤治疗经电子胃镜诊断为胆汁返流性胃炎 1 0 5例 ,并随机取 30例用西药治疗做为对照组。结果治疗组具有明显的消除或缓解临床症状 ,抑制胆汁返流 ,促进胃肠蠕动的作用。其临床总有效率为 92 .38%与对照组总有效率 66.67%相比 ,有显著性差异。结论该方药具有疗效好 ,疗程短 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on the main clinical symptoms of bile-regurgitational gastritis patients and bile regurgitation under gastroscope. Methods Sanhe Decoction was used to treat 105 cases of bile-regurgitationl gastritis confirmed by electronic gastroscope. 30 cases were chosen at random and treated with western medicines as the control group. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 92.38% and the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 66.67%, with marked difference between the two. Conclusion The prescription has better therapeutic effects, short course of treatment and less toxic and side effects.
