摘要
[目的 ]观察健卫颗粒对动物胃肠运动功能的影响。 [方法 ]将昆明种小鼠随机分成生理盐水组 (阴性对照 )、健卫粒颗组 (低、中、高剂量 )和西沙比利组 (阳性对照 )。口服给药 5d后 ,测定胃中甲基橙的残留率、小肠中阿拉伯胶活性炭粉混合物的推进距离 ,以及木糖的吸收量 ,观察健卫颗粒对胃排空和肠运动功能的影响。 [结果 ]健卫颗粒具有明显促进胃排空及小肠推进功能的作用 ,增加小肠对木糖的吸收的量 ,与西沙比利效果相近。 [结论 ]提示健卫颗粒能促进动物的胃肠运动及小肠吸收 。
To observe the effect of Jianwei grain on the motion of gastro-intestines of mice and probe its active mechanism. The Kunming mice randomly divided into physiological saline (negative control), Jianwei grain (low, meddle and high dose) and Cisapride (positive control)groups. After 5 days via administrating orally, the gastric emptying was observed by determined a remaining rate of methyl orange in stomach. The level of intestinal propulsion was detected by measuring a distance that the mixture of Arabian gel and active charcoal powder in intestines is carried forward.The level of absorbed xylose was determined according to the content of xylose in the blood. It showed that Jianwei grain obviously promoted the motion of gastro-intestines and absorption of xylose. Its effect approached to Cisapride. [Conclusion] It is suggest that Jianwei grain has the function of promoting the motion and absorption of gastro-intestines.
