2型糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱与脂肪肝的关系

Relationship between dyslipideamia and fatty liver in type 2 diabetes patient

[目的 ]观察 2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者与血脂代谢紊乱的关系。[方法 ]采用对照研究的方法观察 5 8例 2型糖尿病伴有脂肪肝组和 5 8例 2型糖尿病不伴有脂肪肝患者的血脂、载脂蛋白(APO)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)、C -肽 (C -P)水平及胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。 [结果 ]2型糖尿病伴有脂肪肝组和 2型糖尿病不伴有脂肪肝组相比 ,胆固醇 (Chol)、甘油三脂 (TG)、空腹胰岛素、C—肽水平明显升高 ,胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)明显降低 ,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)、APOA和APOB则无明显变化。 [结论

To study the relation between lipids disorder and fatty liver in type 2 diabetes patient. Plasma lipid ,apolipoprotein (APO), fasting insulin (Fins), C-peptide (C-p), insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were determined in 58 type 2 diabetes patient with fatty liver and 58 type 2 diabetes patient without fatty liver. The cholesterol(chol),triglyceride (TG) ,fasting insulin(Fins), C-peptide(C-p) level were found significant higer in type 2 diabetes with fatty liver. The insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were found significant lower. No significantly change were found for high density tipoprotein(HDL),low density tipoprotein(LDL), ApoA, ApoB. Compared to those without fatty liver. [Conclusion] Fattly liver in type 2 diabetes is closely related to dyslipdeamia,especially for Chol and TG.
