准分子激光角膜切削术治疗角膜中央厚度偏薄近视患者67例报道 被引量:1

摘要 分析67例118只角膜中央厚度偏薄近视眼的临床资料,评价准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)的治疗效果。结果表明:术后裸眼视力均达到术前最佳矫正视力;术后1年屈光度回退率为16.95%;术后Haze发生率为35.59%。对于角膜中央厚度偏薄的近视患者,PRK是一种安全有效的治疗方法。 We reviewed the efficacy in all of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) for the correction of myopia with excessively thin central cornea. the postoperative uncorrected visual acuity recovered the preoperative best corrected vi-sual acuity the 67 cases (118 corneas) reviewed,. Diopter regression rate was 16.95% at one year, and the incidence of corneal haze was 35.59%. These results demonstrate that PRK is an effective and safe method for myopia with thin central cornea.
