口服乙酰唑胺负荷显像早期诊断缺血性脑血管疾病 被引量:1

The Clinical Application of One-day Protocol in rCBF SPECT with Acetazolamide Tablet

摘要 目的 :探讨一日法口服乙酰唑胺 (ACZ)负荷脑血流显像早期诊断缺血性脑血管疾病的临床价值。方法 :对 17例缺血性脑血管病患者在一日内行静息显像和口服ACZ负荷显像 ,负荷前后测患者的血气分析值 ,比较 3种检查方法的阳性率。结果 :负荷后血中pH值降低 (t =6 42 6,P <0 0 0 1) ;CT、单纯静息显像和联合静息与负荷检查的阳性率分别为 2 3 5 %、2 9 4%和 70 6%。联合显像与CT检查阳性率差别有显著性意义 ( χ2 =6 12 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :一日法口服乙酰唑胺负荷显像安全、省时、经济 ,可提高早期诊断缺血性脑血管疾病的阳性率。 Aim:To discuss the value of one-day protocol of cerebral blood flow imaging with acetazolamide tablet stress to diagnose early cerebral ischemia. Methods: 99m Tc-ECD SPECT date of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) study before and after acetazolamide were performed (2g, oral)on 17 patients diagnosed as ischemic cerebral vascular diseases in one day. Measure the value of pH in artery blood before and after acetazolamide loading, compare the positive rate of three kinds of methods. Results:The value of ph decreased after acetazolamide loading (the t value is 6.426, P<0.001,the positive rate of CT、rest test and combined test is 23.5% 29.4% and 70.6% respectively. There is significant difference in positive rate of CT and combine test (χ 2=6.125,P<0.01).Conclusion:One-day protocol acetazalomide tablet test is safe, stress test can increase positive rate in cerebral ischemia.
