细胞凋亡与caspase机制的调控 被引量:21

摘要 半胱天冬蛋白酶 (caspase)是参与细胞凋亡机制的主要成分 ,最近发现IAPs ,Smac/DIALO和XIAP 1对caspase的激活与抑制具有调控机制 ,本文谨对这些研究进展作一报告。
