抑癌基因PTEN的研究进展
摘要
已经在多种肿瘤中都发现了PTEN基因的突变。本文综述了PTEN基因的生物学功能、蛋白的结构及与神经系统肿瘤的关系 ,并对其研究前景作一展望。
