摘要
目的 :探讨HCPT联合 5 FU、MMC治疗晚期胰腺癌近期疗效。方法 :应用羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)、 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 FU)、丝裂霉素 (MMC)联合方案化疗两周期治疗晚期胰腺癌 ,并评价疗效。结果 :CR 3例 ,PR 7例 ,有效率CR +PR 5 2 6 %。临床症状改善也较为明显。结论 :羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)、 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 FU)、丝裂霉素(MMC)联合方案较为适合晚期胰腺癌的治疗。
Objective: To study the recent effect of combination chemotherapy with Hydroxycamptothecin and 5-FU? MMC in the treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: Hydroxycamptothecin and 5-FU?MMC for advanced was used two cycles in the treatment of 19 cases with pancreatic cancer. Results: The complete response was observed in 3 cases, and partial response was observed in 7 cases. The overall response rate (RR) was 52.6%. Conclusion: The regime of combination chemotherapy with Hydroxycamptothecin and 5-FU? MMC was better in the treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
