中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤脊髓压迫症23例

Spinal Compression Caused by Malignant Tumor (23 cases) Treated by Combination on Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的 :观察中药结合鞘内化疗治疗恶性肿瘤脊髓压迫症的疗效。方法 :治疗组 2 3例口服中药加鞘内注射化疗药 ,对照组 19例只行鞘内注射化疗药。结果 :治疗组完全缓解 2例 ,部分缓解 14例 ,无效 7例 ,缓解率 69.6% ;对照组完全缓解0例 ,部分缓解 6例 ,无效 14例 ,缓解率 3 1.6%。两组缓解率比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese drugs in treatment of spinal compression caused by malignant tumor.Methods:The test group (23 cases) had been treated by oral traditional Chinese drugs and chemotherapy injected through myelin sheath and the control (19 cases) treated by chemotherapy injected through myelin sheath only.Results:The total remission was 2 cases,part remission,14,inefficacy,7 and the remission rate,69.6% in the test,and 0,6,13,13.6% in the control.There was significant difference between them in comparison ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The therapeutics of traditional Chinese drugs combined with chemotherapy is effectively used in treatment of spinal compression caused by malignant tumor.
