摘要
目的:探讨四种晶体停搏液(MST、Tyers、HTK和Roe)中加入细胞保护剂三甲氧苄嗪(TMZ)对未成熟心肌的作用。方法:以离体灌注幼兔心为研究对象,观察四种晶体停搏液在幼兔心14℃缺血2h后血流动力学、冠脉流出液心肌酶和心肌生化的变化。结果:与对照组相比,TMZ可显著提高晶体停搏液离体灌注幼兔心功能的恢复,明显减少心肌酶的漏出和氧自由基的生成,增加高能磷酸盐的储存(P<0.05)。结论:TMZ可明显提高晶体停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of four cardioplegias (MST、Tyers、HTK and Roe) containing trimetazidine (final concentration was 10-6mol/L) on immature rabbit myocardium. Method:To observe the change of hemodynamics, myocardial enzyme in the coronary effluent and myocadial biochemistry of the perfused immature rabbit heart in vitro received two hours ischemia. Results: Compared with control group (noncardioplegic group), cardioplegias containing trimetazidine could markedly enhance the post-ischemic hemodynamics, tremendousl lower the myocardial enzyme leakage and production of oxygen free radicals, and improve high-energy phosphates preservation. Conclusions: Cytoprotective agent trimetazidine can significantly improve the myocardial protective effect of the four crystalloid cardioplegias.
