未来十年江苏高等职业教育发展数量目标的研究

Study of the Quantitative Object of the Development of Higher Vocational Education in J iangsu Province from the Year2001to2010

根据江苏高等职业教育发展规模面临的环境分析,以及高职教育发展规模与速度的现状调查,提出2001～2010年江苏高等职业教育的发展性原则、适应性原则和三种预测发案。建议率先发展高职教育,加快建立高职教育拨款政策与成本分担机制,进一步扩大中职毕业生进入高职院校比例,提高教师的整体水平。

Based on analysing the ervironment which influences the scope of the development of higher vo-cational education and the investigation on current situation of the scope and the speed of the develop-ment of higher vocational education,the article puts forward the quantitative object of the development of higher vocational education,suggests that we should develop higher vocational education firstly,speed up to establish appropriation policy and mechanism of cost share,enlarge the proportion of secondary voca-tional school graduates entering into higher vocational schools,improve the whole level of teachers.
