摘要
20世纪90年代以来,高职高专教育探索人才培养模式实现了"实践———理论"的第一次飞跃,进入新世纪,高职教育开始了新一轮专业教学改革试点工作。通过再实践,人才培养模式的内涵正在不断丰富,将出现第二次飞跃。据此,从人才培养的目标、主体和保障体系三个层面论述高职人才培养模式的特征。
The exploration of talents' training pattern in higher vocational education has achieved the first leap from practice to theory since1990's.Higher vocational education starts to the new teaching reform after entering new century.The intension of talents' training pattern is being rich and will achieve the second leap through re-practice.So the article discusses the characteristics of talents' training pattern from3aspects of training target,subject and safeguard system.
