摘要
通过10—15个杂交组合的F_1及其双亲的稻苗接稻瘟菌小种zb,并经发病鉴定和生化测定表明,F_1苗期的抗瘟性比其双亲强,且F_1的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性含量均比其F_1对照增加幅度大,相关极显著,经大田试验,结果相似,采用这些生化指标的新技术,作为预测高抗稻瘟种源,培育抗稻瘟高产优质的新组合,缩短育种年限。
The seedlings of F_1 and their parents of 10-15 hybrid rice combinations have been inoculated with blast pathogen Zb for test.
After the diseased identify and the biochemical distermination, it showed that the blast resistanceof F, seedlings was all stronger than their parents and the activity of peroxidase, catalase, and polyphenol oxidase of F_1 seedlings was all larger than their contrasts, their correlativity was very significant. There were similar results in field test. These ne wtechniques of biochemical indexes can be used for sifting the blast resistance species and breeding the new hybrid rice combinations on high blast resistance and shortening the breeding age.
