摘要
在月桂醇酰胺(6501)为表面活性剂的微乳液体系中,研究椰子油脂和甲醇的醇解反应。用正交试验设计法,找出影响醇解反应的因素,并排出因素主次和提出反应的最佳条件。该反应与它们在水溶液的醇解反应相比,反应温度可降低,转化率提高。本文还对微乳液催化机理进行了探讨。
Abstract:The alcoholysis of coconut oil and methyl alcohol in microemulsion system was investigated by orthogonal design method in this paper. The factors of effecting the alcoholysis was found and provided the optimum reaction conditions.Comparing with the alcoholysis in aqueous solutions, it had advantages of higher recovery and lower reaction temperature. The mechanism of catalysis was also discussed.
