全自动锝气体发生器的临床应用初探

摘要 介绍锝气体制备方法及在我院的临床应用情况.澳大利亚生产的全自动锝气体发生器能生成一种核素显像剂-放射性锝气体,用于肺通气显像,诊断和鉴别诊断肺部疾病,特别是对肺栓塞的诊断具有重要的应用价值.该气体具有生成及检测简便、价格便宜、制备快速准确、使用安全、成像效果佳等特点.结果表明,此仪器产生的一种新型肺通气显像剂与其同类型显像剂相比,其灵敏度和特异性高,重复性和准确性好,对于鉴别诊断肺部疾病具有独到的优点.
