摘要
以289尾兴国红鲤(Cyprinus carpio var. singuonensis)雄体为材料,研究了精巢在第一次性周期内的发育。雄鱼3月龄,精巢发育为第Ⅰ期,4月龄发育为第Ⅱ期,4～6月龄发育为第Ⅲ期,8～10月龄发育为第Ⅳ期,11～12月龄发育为第Ⅴ期,性成熟期为1周龄。性成熟后精巢发育的周年变化表明;一年中精巢发育处于第Ⅳ—Ⅴ—Ⅵ期的变化中,每年的12月至翌年4月、6月和9月,精巢皆处于第Ⅴ期,而5月、8月为第Ⅵ期精巢,有两次明显的排精期。还报导了各期精巢的组织学成分和各时相雄性生殖细胞的形态特征。
This paper deals with the development of the testis and the morphological features of sperm ceils of Singuo red carp and 289 specimens have been studied.
The testis develops to stage Ⅰat the age of 3 months, to stage Ⅱ at the age of 4 months, to stage Ⅲ at the age of 4～6months. It deve lops to stage Ⅳ at about the age of 8～10 month, It develops to stage Ⅴ at about the age of 11～12 months, Then the sexual maturity is attained in the yearing. Histological composition of the testis in various stages and the. morphological features of sperm cells in various phase have also been discribed.
The annual sex cycle of the matured testis has been studied. The results show that the developmental stage of the testis changes from stage Ⅳ～ Ⅴ～Ⅵ in one year. The average weight of the testis increases in 3～5 th and 9～12 th month whereas it decreases in 6～8th month.
It ejaculates the sperms several tiimes in one year.
