摘要
本文对 1980— 2 0 0 0年间我国农民收入增长与结构变化以及城乡之间的收入差异进行了分析 ,并从提高农民收入的绝对量水平和缩小农民与城市居民收入差距两方面考虑 ,为今后十年农民收入增长设定几种可能目标。要使农民收入持续稳定获得提高 ,必须扩大农民的土地经营规模 ,从产权的角度出发 ,在土地存量既定的前提下 ,通过有效的流量调整 。
Under the influence of technique,institution,price,operating scaleetc.It is not easy to increasing farmer's income quickly.This article briefly analyzed the growth and its structure change of farmer's income as well as the income difference between urban residents and rural residents from 1980 to 2000 in China. The article discussed some possible target of increasing farmer's income in next decade.However,it is necessary to increase land scale of farmer owned for keeping the growth of farmer's income in a stable way.
