添喂大豆黄酮对蛋鸡摄食行为及有关内分泌的影响

Effect of diet supplemented with daidzein on the feed intake and endocrine mechanism involved in laying hens

选用 2 8和 4 3周龄伊莎产蛋鸡各 8只 (均采用自身对照法 ) ,对照期饲喂基础日粮 ,实验期饲喂基础日粮添加大豆黄酮 (Da ,6mg·kg-1) ,利用摄食行为计算机监测系统 (FIDAS系统 )分别记录两日龄段各个实验期的采食行为数据。结果显示 ,实验期 (添加大豆黄酮后 )与对照期相比较 ,产蛋高峰期与后期蛋鸡 2 4h摄食量分别增加 18 4 7%和19 84 % ,摄食时间减少 2 1 4 0 %和 31 2 9% ,每日餐数增加 2 3 81%和 5 0 4 3% ;血糖水平分别降低 8 0 5 %和 13 81% ,血液胰岛素水平升高 2 1 83%和 2 1 2 3% ,雌二醇水平升高 13 2 6 %和 16 37% ,血清瘦素水平升高 1 15 %和 4 84 %。结果提示 :添喂大豆黄酮能够促进蛋鸡摄食 ,并影响有关内分泌激素的水平。

Twenty eight week old and forty three week old laying hens were given diets supplemented with 6 mg·kg -1 daidzein and were used to evaluate the effect of daidzein on the feed intake behavior in laying hens respectively.The experiment was divided into two periods:first,basal diet period;second, basal diet+6 mg·kg -1 daidzein.Compared with the control period,the feed intake increased 18 47% (P<0 01) and 19 84%, the time of feed intake reduced 21 40% and 31 29% (P <0 01),meals in a day increased 23 81% ( P <0 01) and 50 43%( P <0 01)respectively; serum glucose level reduced by 8 05%and 13 81%( P <0 05), the blood concentration of insulin elevated 21 83%( P <0 01)and 21 23%( P <0 01),17 β estradiol level was increased 13 26%( P <0 05) and 16 37%,leptin level was also increased,but had no significantly differences compared with the control period.The experiment suggested that daidzein could improve the feed intake of laying hen,and affect endocrine hormone level involved.
