固定床中油脂加氢镍催化剂的考察

Investigation of Ni-catalyst for Hy-drogenation of Fat in Fixed Bed Catalytic Reactor

传统上油脂氢化均采用高压釜反应器。本文报道在固定床反应器中镍催化剂可以氢化油脂并得到较好结果,通过对催化剂的反应性能的考察,认为对于鱼油加氢反应,在固定床反应器其较佳反应条件是:温度200℃,压力0．7MPa,液时空速4h－1,氢油比(体积)10,此时反应结果与高压釜的结果相当。

Abstract: Hydrogenation of fat was mostly widely conducted in the stirred autoclave under general condition. In this.paper.Ni-catalyst for hydrogenation of fat in fixed bed reactor wasinve-stigated, the results showed that activity of catalyst under the same reaction conditions from the two reactors were similar. The hydrogenation was conducted under temperature 200℃, pressure 0.7mpa, liquid hourly space velocity 4h-1, H2/Fat voiume ratio 10.
