精神分裂症患者的血脂水平及其相关因素分析

Analysis of schizophrenic patient's lipid levels and related factors.

目的 分析精神分裂症患者的血脂水平及其相关因素。方法 对 6 0例首发精神分裂症患者治疗前、治疗 2个月后测定体重指数 (BMI)及血甘油三脂 (TG)、血胆固醇 (TCH)、血糖 (GLU)水平。结果 精神分裂症患者治疗前BMI及TG、TCH、GLU水平均在正常范围内 ,治疗后TG、BMI显著增高 ,TCH、GLU无明显变化 ,男女之间无显著差异 ;氯氮平组和非氯氮平均引起TG、BMI显著增高 ,且后组引起TCH显著增高。结论 精神分裂症患者药物治疗后TG水平显著增高 ,且显著肥胖 ,但与药物、性别之间无差异 。

Objective To study the first episode schizophrenic patient's lipid levels and relative factors.Method The body mass index(BMI),serum lipid levels and glucemia(GLU) had been measured before therapy and after two months of therapy.Results The serum triglyceride(TG) and BMI were highly significantly while TG and glucemia was no significant change after therapy,there also was no change in sex.TG and BMI were higher significantly by the clozapine group and no clozapine group and the later caused TG levels higher.Conclusion Drug therapy in schizophrenic patient can increase TG and the weight,but there is no difference in drug,sex and Glu.
