摘要
本文讨论了油脂水解反应机理,对油脂无催化剂连续压热水解的二种流行工艺“单塔法”(压力55bar)和“多塔法”(压力35bar),从水解速度,生产率,水解深度,产品质量、能量消耗以及设备投资进行了分析对比。
Abstract: The mechanism of fat hydrolysis was discussed in this paper. The hydrolysis speed, reaction ratio, hydrolysis degree, product quality,energy consumption and equi pment investment etc. were compared and analyzed for both 'UNITOWER' process and'CCNUPERCCL' process of fat uncatalyzed continous pressure hydrolysis.
