万拉法新联合阿普唑仑治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症状的疗效对照分析

A comparative analysis of the efficacy of a combination with venlafaxine and alprazolam vs fluoxetine in the treatment of major depression associated with anxiety.

目的 观察万拉法新联合阿普唑仑和单独氟西汀治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症状的临床疗效。方法 将符合入组条件的 6 2例患者分为两组 ,分别给予万拉法新联合阿普唑仑和单独氟西汀治疗 ,分别于治疗前及治疗 1、2、4、6周使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)、临床总体印象量表 (CGI)、不良反应量表(TESS)进行评分。结果 两组HAMD减分率第 1、2周末有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )和非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,HAMA减分率第 1、2、4周末有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)和显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,CGI评定第 1周末两组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 万拉法新联合阿普唑仑是一种疗效好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of a combination of venlafaxine and alprazolam vs fluoxetine in the treatment of major depression associated with anxiety.Method 62 patients who were met with the condition for entering groups were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group has been treated with venlafaxine combined with alprazolam and the other with fluoxetine for six weeks.HAMD,HAMA,CGI,TESS scores were analyzed.Results The marked effective rate of venlafaxine combined with alprazolam group and fluoxetine group was respectively(P<0.05,P<0.01) in treating depression symptoms after 1 or 2 weeks,but was respectively (P<0.05) after 4 and 6 weeks.It was respectively(P<0.01,P<0.05) in treating anxiety symptoms.Conclusion The results indicate that venlafaxine combined with alprazolam is a safe and fast effective drug for treatment of depression associated with anxiety.
