摘要
根据原有甜水浓缩设备与工艺流程存在的问题,采用了旋转式刮板薄膜蒸发器浓缩甜水,能适应不同浓度甜水的处理;蒸发强度大,料液在器内停留时间短,甘油质量好;且操作方便,易控制。
Abstract: In this paper, the problems of equipment and technology involved in sweet water condensation are discussed. It is clear that the pipe-evaporator is not adapt to the sweet water later stage condensation. The rotary blade film evaporator was used. It is showed that this evaporator is suitable to sweet water condensation of variant concentration and it has high evaporat-ron intensity, short residence time of solution in vessel, good quality of glycerin. Its procedure is convenient to operate and control.
