摘要
目的 探讨p2 1ras、核转录因子 -κB(nucleartranscriptionfactor-κB ,NF -κB)和cyclinD1在胰腺癌中的作用及其相互关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测p2 1ras、NF -κB和cyclinD1在胰腺癌中的表达。结果 p2 1ras、NF -κB和cyclinD1在胰腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为 72 5、6 7 5 %和 6 0 0 %;NF -κB与p2 1ras ,NF -κB与cyclinD1的表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p2 1ras与cyclinD1的表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 胰腺癌发生机制涉及ras信号通路中p2 1ras、NF -κB和cyclinD1多个基因的异常 ,p2 1ras、NF -κB和cyclinD1过表达可能在胰腺癌发生中具有协同作用。
Objective To study the mechanism of p21ras, NF-κB,cyclinD1 and their relationship in pancreatic carcinoma.Methods p21ras,NF-κB,cyclinD1 were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry.Results Positive expression rates of p21ras,NF-κB,cyclinD1 were 72.5%,67.5%,60.0% respectively.There was a positive relationship between NF-κB and p21ras, NF-κB and cyclinD1 (P<0.05).There was a positive relationship between p21ras and cyclinD1(P<0.01).Conclusion Abnormality of many genes involved in ras signaling pathway of p21ras, NF-κB and cyclinD1 may be involved in the molecular mechanism of pancreatic carcinogenesis. The overexpression of p21ras、NF-κB and cyclinD1 may coexist in the development of pancreatic carcinoma.
